I would like to say how much we enjoyed working with Pat Loomis, who helped us buy our home in Quail Run. He mentioned to us that the model home we fell in love with 5 years previously was now available for sale. He was able to represent the buyer and seller to expedite the paperwork and close the deal in only a month. Time was of the essence for us. He was very courteous and brought no pressure.
