We have known Pat Loomis for the past 10 years. Pat became involved in our gated community , Quail Run at Terrace Heights, in Yakima. He has been instrumental in the growth of our community from just a few homes to more than 40 homes. Pat sets high expectations for the development of this community.
He has a very positive relationship with the home owners. He consistently keeps all parties informed on issues, needs and general operation of Quail Run. His quality communication and professional advertising has brought many new people to our community in the Yakima Valley. These people have provided diversity and character to Quail Run. All individuals are listened to and treat fairly by Pat. He has tried to provide for participation of community members at all levels of decision-making affecting the home owners.
